This week on 9 Apartment Development Elemental Apartments –
Upper Floor - We are about half way complete with Upper Floor Plumbing & Electrical Finals we are expecting this stage to complete in a couple of weeks’ time. Tiler is still working on Balcony & Terrace tiling, rain has slightly impacted on this progress. Common Terrace Patio was installed last week. Ceramic Tiling and Decking will commence shortly.
On Ground Floor - ceilings have been spray painted. All doors are now hung and locked up. Cabinets are now installed in units 1,2,3 & 4, Unit 5 getting installed end of this week. Footings and hardstand to storeroom completed. Ceramic Tiles getting delivered this week in preparation for Tiler commencement.

This week on 3 Town Houses in Joondanna: Unit A & B Upper Floor - Roof Carpenter nearly completed roof frame. Tubes and Gutter going in this week. Roof Cover next week.
Unit C : Shower Screens have been installed, Garage Door installed. Paving getting delivered this week in preparation for paver start.

This week on 3 Storey Luxury Town Houses in Crawley: Demolition Completed. Earthworks completed, access track finishing and compaction will follow. Power Dome being done and energized mid next week.
