Newsletter in July
Every week we will bring you progress updates on our projects, such as the Elemental Apartments, and our town houses in Joondanna, and our 3 storey townhouses in Crawley, we will also share photos, and all of the important progress information.
This week on our 9 Apartment Development Elemental Apartments - Upper Floor ceramic tiling will be completed and finals will begin. On the Ground Floor roof carpenter will complete roof frame and roof cover will be on by end of next week. Plaster float will follow straight after.

This week on our 3 Town Houses in Joondanna: Unit A & B Scaffold was lifted, bricks are getting loaded for Brick Layer start early next week. Unit C Doors and Shelves have been completed this week, Grano Hardstand in the Garage was poured this week also. Cabinets are going in at the end of the week, Tiler commencing middle of next week.
This week on 3 Storey Luxury Town Houses in Crawley: Demolition commenced – all interior is getting stripped.
